MySwiss24.com aims to ship orders promptly; however, delivery times are estimates and may vary due to factors beyond our control, such as customs clearance.

If you experience a delay or if your shipment is refused by customs, please contact your local FedEx, UPS, or DHL office using your tracking number for assistance. While we strive to facilitate smooth deliveries, MySwiss24.com cannot be held responsible for delays or refusals caused by carriers or customs offices, as we have no control over these processes.

You are responsible for providing accurate shipping information. MySwiss24.com is not liable for any delays or non-delivery resulting from inaccurate information.

7. Transport Insurance & Responsibility
Transport Insurance: If the customer already has their own transport insurance, they do not need to request additional insurance from MySwiss24.com.

If the customer does not have transport insurance, MySwiss24.com can activate insurance on their behalf through the selected carrier (DHL, FedEx, Swiss Post, etc.). In case of loss or damage during transport, compensation is subject to the carrier’s insurance policy (e.g., DHL, FedEx, Swiss Post).

Responsibility : MySwiss24.com is responsible for handling, inspecting, and securely packaging shipments before handover to the carrier. Once a package is shipped, MySwiss24.com is not liable for any delays, damages, or losses during transit. MySwiss24.com acts solely as a shopping and handling service agent and is not responsible for any loss, damage, or delay caused by third-party carriers.

Customers are responsible for monitoring their shipment using the tracking number, verifying that their delivery address is accurate, and selecting the most suitable shipping method based on their needs.

8. Returns and Refunds
Due to the nature of the Services, MySwiss24.com does not accept returns or issue refunds for completed orders. Please check the seller’s return policy before purchasing. If accepted, a return service fee of 49 CHF plus return shipping costs to the seller will apply.

If you receive a damaged or incorrect product, notify MySwiss24.com and the carrier immediately with evidence of the issue. However, MySwiss24.com is not responsible for non-receipt, damage, loss, or theft of parcels during transport until delivery, including any reshipment.
